First Reconciliation and First Eucharist Preparation

We meet with all First Communion families to start the process of registration for our program.

We believe that preparing children for Reconciliation and Eucharist is a wonderful opportunity for families. We believe that the early years of Faith Formation are formative for the whole family and provide a beautiful opportunity for the whole family to reflect on how God has been present in their lives and to encounter God in a meaningful way. We try to meet families where they are and help each family move forward on their faith journey.

First Reconciliation/First Communion preparation has traditionally been done in grade 2, but many times that does not happen for one reason or another. We always welcome families with children and teens who are older than grade 2 to begin preparation for these important Sacraments! If your child is in 3rd grade or above and wishes to begin this preparation, please book a meeting (see above) as soon as possible. Older children are not automatically placed in Sacramental Prep. If you register without booking a meeting, you will not be properly registered and you will not receive all appropriate communications. Do not skip booking a meeting so that your family is on track with the proper process. We are excited to be on this journey with you and look forward to meeting you!
